Laura-Ann is a dispute resolution lawyer with 8 years’ experience having previously worked at medium sized firm based in the CBD.

Laura’s dispute resolution experience includes:

Representing clients in various civil litigation matters, including contract disputes and monetary claims;

Conducting legal research, drafting pleadings, various court applications and briefs;

Participating in all stages of the litigation process, from issuing legal proceedings through to trial;

Negotiating settlements and agreements on behalf of clients to resolve disputes outside of court or mid-way through litigation;

Advocating for clients interests in pre-trial conferences and mediation;

Providing legal advice to clients regarding potential litigation risks and strategies;

Collaborating with other lawyers, experts, barristers and consultants to build strong cases and achieve favourable outcomes for clients;

Laura’s property law experience includes:

Laura-Ann has a combined Bachelor of Arts (majoring in legal studies) and Bachelor of Laws degree from La Trobe University. She also completed a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice with Leo Cussen Centre for Law.
Laura is also a member of the Law Institute of Victoria.
