- Acting for a multinational German company against BHP in a complex Supreme Court proceeding relating to the design, supply and installation of high-density polyethylene lining material for 44 uranium tanks;
- Acting for three directors in a Federal Court claim against the ASX where the issue concerned the application for membership (pre-demutualization of the ASX);
- Acting for a respondent in a Federal Court proceeding issued by ACCC regarding allegations of price fixing by a group of petroleum stations;
- Acted for a major volume builder in a Federal Court proceeding against another volume builder in a copyright dispute regarding the infringement of plans without license or authority;
- Acting for a plaintiff in a complex Supreme Court damages claim against a major insurer in the value of $25M;
- Acting for a plaintiff in a partnership dispute regarding assets in the vicinity of $35M whose principal asset was a franchise operation;
- Acting for a firm of accountants in a large professional indemnity claim made against the partners.
