Priya is an experienced property lawyer with a strong track record of advising clients across the full spectrum of property law. With extensive expertise in the acquisition and disposal of residential, commercial, and industrial properties, Priya provides practical, strategic advice tailored to each client’s unique objectives.

Over the years, Priya has developed a deep understanding of the legal and commercial considerations involved in property transactions, including due diligence, contract negotiation, and risk mitigation.

In addition, Priya is highly skilled in advising landlords and tenants on all aspects of retail and commercial leasing.

Priya graduated with a Bachelor of Laws from Swinburne University. She has also completed a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice with Leo Cussen.
