Cynthia has eight years’ PQE, including four years of specialised commercial law expertise, and is recognised for providing pragmatic, commercially astute and client-focused advice.
She has advised clients across various industries, including hospitality, manufacturing, strata management, telecommunications, childcare, and financial services. As a native Mandarin speaker, she provides customised legal advice to both corporate and private clients.
Cynthia’s experience includes:
- business sales and acquisitions, from commercial negotiations, due diligence, preparation of asset and share sale agreements, to settlement, earn-out and other post-completion monitoring;
- business structuring and restructuring, including the preparation of shareholder agreements, unitholder agreements, unit trust deeds and internal asset transfer agreements;
- loan facility and security arrangements;
- day-to-day business agreements, including supply agreements, service agreements, hire purchase agreements, terms and conditions and privacy policies;
Cynthia holds a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) from the Australian National University and a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice from The College of Law.
