George is a lawyer in the NDL Property Team, advising a broad client base including developers, landlords, investors, and indidivial and corporate clients on a wide range of complex property and transactional matters.
His experience spans residential and commercial conveyancing, lease drafting and negotiation, subdivision and development work, high-value acquisitions involving both domestic and foreign purchasers, including FIRB compliance. George has also acted on matters involving easements, section 173 agreements, NICO lodgements, and property restructures for tax purposes, consistently delivering clear and practical advice across complex, multi-faceted transactions.
Drawing on a strong background in client-facing roles, George brings a calm, steady and practical approach to his clients, methodically guiding them step-by-step through often complex residential and commercial transactions. He is approachable and responsive, making himself readily available to clients and ensuring they feel supported and well-informed at every stage of a matter.
He holds a double Bachelor of Laws/Commerce from Deakin University and was admitted to the Supreme Court of Victoria as an Australian Lawyer in March 2024.
