Property: NDL acts for developer/investor in relation to $110m mixed use development of a super site in Hampton
NDL acted for the purchaser of a corner super site in Hampton in relation to a $110m mixed use development including acting for the owner/landlord in relation to complex negotiations with the vendor receiver/manager, construction finance and negotiations of an Agreement for Lease and Lease with a national supermarket chain.

NDL acted for the purchaser of several timber plantations around Wandong (approx. 50km north of Melbourne) from ASX Listed Midway Ltd. The transaction involved negotiation of the purchase of the plantations and granting of forestry rights for future harvesting.
