Commercial + Corporate / Property: NDL acts in acquisition of timber plantations from ASX listed company and granting of forestry rights
NDL acted for the purchaser of several timber plantations around Wandong (approx. 50km north of Melbourne) from ASX Listed Midway Ltd. The transaction involved negotiation of the purchase of the plantations and granting of forestry rights for future harvesting.
